I design products that feel like they just knew what you needed

About me

I think in systems but I design for the gut feeling - that moment where a product just feels right and you cant explain why. My work spans consumer products, education platforms, healthcare research, and brands I've built from scratch.

I've designed an AR language learning game that increased retention by 49% in kids, led UX research across 700+ participants at NYU Dentistry, and co-founded two brands where I learned that a great product isnt enough - you have to build an entire world people want to be in. My research on AI-powered adaptive learning was recognized at ACM SIGCSE.

I work AI-natively - fast and intentional, because I know where my input matters most and where AI handles the rest.

Experience

UX Designer, MCDC / preventionforme.org (Rinck Advertising)

Contracted through Rinck Advertising to lead a full rebrand and site redesign for Maine's CDC substance prevention platform - a state government project with layered compliance requirements. Designed three brand directions with brand guides and homepage mockups under tight constraints: WCAG accessibility, DHHS color requirements, Maine Prevention Network branding alignment, and state funding restrictions. Restructured the navigation architecture to improve discoverability across diverse literacy levels and presented directly to Maine CDC stakeholders.

Product and Brand Designer, VitaMina Labs

Owned end-to-end product and packaging design for a multi-SKU nutrition brand, translating regulatory and ingredient constraints into clear consumer experiences across retail and e-commerce. Created original illustrations and motion assets for Amazon A+ content, increasing listing engagement by 22% and pitch conversion by 18%. Built scalable content systems in Figma using AI-assisted workflows for image generation, copy drafting, and variation production.

Product Design & Strategy Intern, City Charge

Led UX across a multi-surface product spanning mobile app, kiosks, and physical touchpoints at 50+ NYC venues, collaborating across PM, engineering, operations, and marketing. Redesigned onboarding and system-status flows that drove 20% higher activations and clarified pricing and pickup logic that increased successful rentals by 17%.

UX Designer (Masters Thesis), Code Craft

Designed an AI-powered adaptive coding education platform end-to-end, owning every design and system decision independently. Built a vector-based RAG workflow in Langflow that delegated multi-step tasks to AI agents, reducing task completion friction by 19%. Designed a hybrid AI/rule-based feedback architecture where rule-based logic handled predictable errors and AI handled conceptual misunderstandings. Created original illustrations and Smart Animate/Lottie motion patterns, and validated through mixed-methods research with NYU CS students and faculty. 30% increase in user engagement and task completion during testing.

UI/UX Design, Harf

Designed an AR-powered Urdu language learning experience combining a mobile app and physical board game for children in Grades 3-5, conducting research across four schools with students, teachers, and parents. Pivoted from mobile app to board game after user testing revealed low motivation, integrated cultural storytelling that made learning 78% more engaging, and validated through A/B testing that increased satisfaction by 49%.

Data Analyst, NYU College of Dentistry

Sole data analyst embedded in a healthcare digitization initiative under the dean of NYU College of Dentistry, operating under IRB protocols across 700+ clinical and administrative participants. Synthesized conflicting needs across finance, IT, faculty, and students into visual workflow documentation that directly informed UX and product decisions. Research paper on informed consent currently being submitted to top US and UK research organizations.
